Chaya Aviva

Chaya Aviva Katz is a magnetic Torah scholar and teacher who captivates audiences with her modern and very ‘real’ approach to life. With a BA in special education, MA in educational administration, Chaya Aviva currently works as the Principal of BCA in Flatbush, a high school for troubled teen girls.  She is also the founder and host of the Columbus Conference for Jewish Women and Columbus Biker Cholim.

Originally from Maryland and spending many years in Ohio, Chaya Aviva recently relocated with her husband and 6 incredible children to New Jersey.  In her free time, Chaya Aviva is a trip leader for Womens’ trips to Israel, hosts teens that need homes and shares her appreciation and interpretations of torah values.
